Thoughts for Thursday 8/10

CPI day.

Going into Globex we had long against 14 going into globex. Price came shy 1 point and then bounced to 34’s after showing some resistance to 24 area. We had short against 36 as well that paid well for those trading London open giving great 20+ point drop from that level. With RTH open we shorted 20 to grab 6-8 points. We tried long 14 and then short 12 which resulted in back to back -2’s. Then we had short against 06 which gave 20+ points. We had then stayed out of the market and tried short on pop to 06 again but that did not work. I stayed out until last 30 minutes where we shorted against 4500 for good 16 points down move.
